How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Zoofy+ and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap the menu icon, then Subscriptions, find Zoofy+ and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What photo quality works best for AI analysis?
For the best results, use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet is clearly visible and facing the camera. Natural daylight works best. Avoid blurry images, extreme angles, or photos where the pet is partially obscured. Full-body shots tend to produce more detailed health marker analysis than face-only photos.
Which animals does Zoofy+ support?
Zoofy+ currently supports five species: dogs, cats, rabbits, birds (parrots and budgerigars), and hamsters. We're actively working on expanding support to additional species including guinea pigs, ferrets, and reptiles. Check for updates in the App Store or Google Play.
Is the breed detection 100% accurate?
Breed detection is powered by Google Gemini AI and is highly accurate for common breeds with clear visual characteristics. Mixed-breed animals may receive approximate results. The feature is intended as informative and fun — for official breed verification, we recommend genetic testing services. Please see our Disclaimer for more information.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion from within the App: go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, pet profiles, and all associated data within 30 days. Pet photos are deleted immediately upon request. Subscription cancellation is a separate step — please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
Can I add multiple pets to one account?
Yes. A single Zoofy+ subscription covers unlimited pets. You can add as many pet profiles as you like. Each pet has their own profile, photo gallery, health logs, and behavior timeline.
How does the health-behavior correlation work?
As you log your pet's diet, exercise, sleep, and health events over time, Zoofy+ analyzes patterns and highlights correlations between these factors and your pet's behavior signals. For example, you might discover that your dog's anxiety episodes correlate with changes in meal timing. The more data you log, the more insightful the correlations become.
Does Zoofy+ replace a veterinarian?
No. Zoofy+ is an AI-powered coaching tool, not a veterinary service. The health markers and behavior insights generated by the app are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If your pet is unwell, please contact a veterinarian immediately.
Are my pet photos kept private?
Yes. Your pet photos are stored securely and processed only for AI analysis. They are not shared with third parties, not used in advertising, and are automatically deleted after 90 days. You can delete them manually at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is there a free trial?
We periodically offer free trial periods for new users. Check the App Store or Google Play listing for the current offer. Free features may include a limited number of AI analyses and basic health tracking without a subscription.
