Zoofy+ Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zoofy+ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AMIRTECH.AI ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zoofy+. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. App Usage

You agree to use Zoofy+ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the App's security features

4. Subscription & Pricing

Subscription fees are charged to your payment method on file with the App Store (Apple) or Google Play at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Pricing is subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance through the App or email.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To cancel via iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Zoofy+ > Cancel Subscription.

To cancel via Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Zoofy+ > Cancel Subscription.

7. User Content

By uploading photos and data to Zoofy+, you grant AMIRTECH.AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos or content you upload do not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Zoofy+ and all related content, features, functionality, design, and code are the exclusive property of AMIRTECH.AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMIRTECH.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Zoofy+. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Zoofy+ at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm AMIRTECH.AI or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of Zoofy+ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through competent legal proceedings.
