1. Getting Started

Scorient uses a credit-based system to unlock AI predictions. After installing the app, you can purchase credit packages through in-app purchases. Each prediction or report consumes a set number of credits. To activate predictions: open the app, choose a match or league, and use your credits to generate the AI analysis. Credits are displayed in your account and can be topped up at any time from within the app. If you have trouble finding where to buy or use credits, check the in-app menu or settings — or contact us using the form below.

2. Account Issues

If you are unable to log in or access your account, try resetting your password using the option in the app or the email we sent when you signed up. Ensure you are using the correct email and that your device is connected to the internet. If you have linked your account to Apple or Google, sign in with that same method. Restoring purchases may also help if your credits or subscription do not appear. If login or access problems persist, contact our support team with your registered email and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you.

3. Payment Support

All payments for Scorient credits and in-app purchases are handled through Apple (App Store). We do not process payments directly or store your payment details. For billing questions, refund requests, or payment issues — including failed charges, duplicate charges, or subscription management — please contact Apple Support or use the report a problem option in your App Store account. For issues specific to how credits are applied inside the app after a successful purchase, contact us at support@scorient.football and we will help you resolve it.

4. Prediction Questions

Our AI analysis uses statistical models, historical match data, and machine learning to generate predictions and insights. The system evaluates team form, head-to-head results, injuries, and many other factors to produce confidence scores and analytical reports. Predictions are not guaranteed outcomes — they are probabilistic and for informational use only. If you have questions about how a specific prediction was generated, what data we use, or how to interpret the results, send us a message and we will do our best to explain. We do not provide gambling or betting advice.
