Rules and conditions for using the Scorient platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Scorient application or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app or the platform. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any updates we may make.
2. Description of the Service
Scorient is an AI-powered football analytics and prediction platform operated by AmirTech AI Technologies. The platform provides:
- Football statistics — match data, team and player statistics, and historical performance information.
- AI-generated predictions — analytical predictions based on statistical models, historical data, and machine learning.
- Analytical insights — reports and visualizations to help you understand match dynamics and trends.
The service does NOT provide gambling services. Scorient is an analytics and prediction tool only. We do not accept wagers, place bets on your behalf, or operate as a bookmaker or sportsbook.
3. No Betting Services
Scorient does not place bets, accept wagers, or operate as a sportsbook. The app is intended for informational and analytical purposes. Any use of the predictions or insights for gambling or betting is at your own discretion and responsibility. We are not affiliated with any gambling operator and do not facilitate or process bets.
4. Prediction Disclaimer
Predictions provided by Scorient are based on statistical models, historical data, and AI algorithms. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of any outcome. Past performance and model accuracy do not ensure future results. You should not rely on our predictions as the sole basis for any decision. We disclaim any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the predictions for any particular purpose.
5. Credit System
Users may purchase credits inside the mobile application. Credits are the in-app currency used to run AI prediction analyses and access premium content. Credit packages and pricing are displayed within the app. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated in the app or in these terms.
6. Payments
All payments for credits and any in-app purchases are handled through Apple In-App Purchases (and, where applicable, Google Play billing). You agree to comply with Apple’s and Google’s respective terms and conditions for in-app purchases. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. AmirTech does not store your payment card details; payment processing is the responsibility of the applicable platform.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Scorient only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Reverse engineer the system — attempt to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, or models underlying the service.
- Exploit the platform — use bots, scripts, or automated means to abuse the service, circumvent access controls, or overload our systems.
- Resell predictions — commercially redistribute, resell, or sublicense the predictions or analytical content without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated these or any other applicable terms or laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All algorithms, prediction models, software, design, content, and materials associated with Scorient and the AmirTech brand are the property of AmirTech AI Technologies or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership or license rights by using the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our technology or content without our express written permission.
9. Service Availability
The service may change, pause, or be updated at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or discontinue the service or parts of it with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmirTech AI Technologies and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not responsible for any financial losses, betting decisions, or other actions taken by users based on the predictions or content provided by Scorient. The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable international commercial laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which AmirTech AI Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.
